In LV with friends, booked a day trip to Valley of Fire and Zion National Park! The day could not have been any better! Stellar in all ways! Mario and Walter were outstanding, above and beyond as our tour guides!!! They made the 6 hr drive , there and back , exciting, so very informative, We hiked several exquisite trails, breathtaking views, and were educated along the way with history and fun facts on this beautiful part of the country! Walter repeatedly suggested/ offered the perfect photo spots, taking the photos for us! Mario was a conscientious, safe driver taking us there and back with many laughs along the way. Walter shared his knowledge of the views from left to right! Incredible!. In a few downtimes along the ride, we turned up the music and sang ! So very fun , highly recommend these two individuals as they perform their job so well, It is obvious they love what they do. And they know their stuff. As Walter says.. " Let me show you the way.."

Wonderful experience, Lorenzo is a class guide, very informative and full of knowledge about every place we visited. It was such a pleasure to learn so much history of Arizona and Utah.

My recent trip to Niagara Falls, Toronto, and the Thousand Islands was absolutely fabulous! Over the course of three days, I enjoyed a kind and warm atmosphere that made the experience unforgettable. Our guides were professional , ensuring that we made the most of our time together. Each location we visited was breathtaking, from the stunning views of Niagara Falls to the picturesque beauty of the Thousand Islands. This trip truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable adventure filled with stunning scenery and exceptional service.

Wonderful experience with good group of people lead by a great tour guide, Lorenzo. He goes above and beyond to make our travel experience memorable, especially on my birthday. He made it fun and special. Jerry, our driver safely drove us for 3 days. Improvement could be better places tp eat. I understand that route may not have much choices. Overall a wonderful experience.

Lorenzo and lodevico the tour guides are amazing! Made the trip so much fun and I learned a lot about utah. Definitely book the zion and valley of fire trip from vegas.

NIAGRA TRIP IS NOT WORTH IT! My single stars are for the wonderful guide , & driver we had . Great people who tried their best to make it a great trip ! They deserve 5 stars ! But we paid almost 400$ per person for an overnight trip to Niagra - and all it included was a one stop at a free access waterfall , the maid of mist( that’s only 24$ per person) and a motel stay( comfort inn) with a bare minimum breakfast. At most I expected it to be a good bus , but it had cramped seats with hardly any leg space , and the WiFi doesn’t work . There are way more economical tour operators in NY charging less than half of this ( around 150$ per person) for a better stay and more stops at places to sightsee .

Highly recommended! you won't regret it. We had booked Niagara Falls 2 days. We stayed on the canadian side and had a great view of the falls. Everything was explained very clearly. The guides do everything to give you a nice trip and stay.

We participated in a VIP one-day tour of Grand Canyon West Rim and Hoover Dam. It was a pleasant surprise that Emprie Travel Company provided us with a Chinese tour guide named Susan. The other French speaking tour guide is Raphael. They are two very good tour guides. Susan explained a lot of knowledge about scenic spots to us and took many wonderful photos for us. We are very satisfied with this itinerary arrangement.

Martine and Ferry were amazing. Ferry is a great driver and made sure the temperature was always confortable. This was my first tour ever and I had my doubts. But they both have converted me to a future avid tour taker (with empire vacations - of course). The itinerary was very well planned. I loved the big chunks of free time that we were given to explore. Martine did an amazing job constantly checking in on us. She made sure we had plenty of bathroom/snack breaks. She is very knowledgeable and courteous. She made us feel welcome. I wish that Martine could be my tour guide for every tour I take in the future.

It was My first tour as a Tour guide , an amazing co workers , Elvira was a great head tour guide knows her way around , overall it great trip & amazing itinerary, Can’t wait to do this again 🙏🙏

Took the 3-Day Sedona, Monument Valley, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, and Valley of Fire trip with Elvira as our tour guide. Elvira was very accommodating, answered all our questions, and was so fun to be around. The trip was well planned with lots of stops along the way and a comfortable bus that made the long journey worth it. My favorite part was visiting Monument Valley on the jeep tour with the Navajo. Made some great memories and left with some amazing photos to look back on.

Patricia is great guide... she's hands on and really took a great pics.. she's fun & informative... the car was smooth.. mercedez!!

I would like to call out Patricia Epee, who is a very friendly and caring tour guide, for her exceptional service. We booked a Magnificent West 8-day tour with Empire Vacations and the tour was extraordinary, from planning to execution. Although we had 2 different tour leaders, one from LA to Vegas and the other one for Arizona tour from LA, we were lucky to see Patricia in both tours as well as Hoover Dam tour which is a half day tour placed between the 2 main tours. Patricia is very knowledgeable about the Native American culture, especially Navajo tribe, and most importantly she knows all the good photo spots along the tour which we were very grateful for. Overall, I truly recommend Empire Vacations for your next American adventure 🇺🇸

Best tour I’ve ever had so far. Tour guide Jonathan was knowledgeable and entertaining. He was so clear and engaging that for the first time I was able to follow a tour guide from start to finish. I had such a great impression of the place because he made dry historical facts succinct and interesting.

Was a great day-trip from Las Vegas. Well worth the longer day. The views and vista were amazing and the walks suited all fitness levels. Lorenzo, our tour guide, was knowledgeable and humorous making it a fun day overall. We went with Empire Tours after our original tour cancelled for not making minimum bookings. We were pleasantly surprised when it turns out we were the only booking and the tour when ahead anyway.

I've never been on a guided trip like this, always DIY'd it before, but I just didn't want to drive, so searched for Canyon tours and found this one via Voator and I'm so glad I booked it. Mark was a great guide, full of valuable and entertaining information and was very accommodating to everyone's needs. The tour itself was very organized and at first I was a bit scared we wouldn't have enough time at the various locations but it was fine. The restaurant choices were good, too. As a vegan, I was wondering if that would be a problem, but nope, all was good! All in all, I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you!

An unfortunately misleading tour description that in actuality omitted a major coastal site “Big Sur” that was listed on their 5-day Wild West trip. Multiple tours 3, 5, 8-days were combined into a large coach that prioritized shopping stops and the 8-day itinerary over coastal views as described by the Empire Vacations website: “Sightseeing in Santa Barbara, Carmel, (San Luis Obispo/Big Sur in winter) and San Francisco,"The Strip" in Las Vegas and Hoover Dam.” Smoking policy was lax with some tourists being allowed to smoke on tour walks. Edit: despite EV indicating that the route was closed, a quick Google search indicated that it was not true. The route was only closed at Lucia Lodge on Dec. 2023 far south of the Big Sur area. Also, smoking on the walking parts of the tour is different from a person smoking on their personal time. Thanks for clarifying!

Amazing 3 day tour to Sedona with guide Pat and driver Tom! They are very attentive and caring. Pat is super knowledgeable and passionate about her job. I would highly recommend this tour!

I had booked a day trip from new york to washington. It was so nice. The bus left at 6 30 am and it's a 13 hours day out. Such a nice tour guide. She not only explained about the history of the places but she took my pictures. It was a wonderful trip. Although food and drinks are not included in the 179$ but they do stop in the food service area in delaware where you'll find so many options like pret a manger, dunkin, panda express.

We have really enjoyed the 5-day tour from New York to Niagara, Toronto, 1000 islands, Philadelphia, Amish and Washington. Our tour guide Tehila (Spanish + other languages) cared so much for us and the group and has given us very nice suggestions and interesting information about the places we went, in an engaging and fun way. We loved her and you’ll be very lucky if she is your guide. Also the other guides for other languages and the bus driver were nice. The hotels have been so much better than we expected, with clean, large and confortable rooms and nice included breakfast options. During the tour we had frequent stops to go to the restrooms and buy food. Time management has been really well done by Tehila and we achieved to go to all places we wanted. I would definitely recommend this trip as an easy way to visit Niagara + other beautiful Canadian towns and have a quick visit of Philadelphia and Washington in a very fair price. The Amish experience was also really nice and emotional, we enjoyed talking directly to them and travelling through beautiful Pensilvania towns and landscape. As the only suggestion to improve I’d recommend Empire Vacations (Also known as Amadeo Travel Solutions) to revamp their website so it looks a bit more updated and trustworthy. We had some doubts at the beginning because the website to book the trip looked outdated. We’re glad the trip went so well at the end. Thanks a lot for the service!
